Shekinah Dorelle Queri
Shekinah Dorelle P. Queri earned her master’s degree in Speech Communication from the University of the Philippines Diliman.
She is an assistant professor of Speech Communication with the Department of Communication, University of the Philippines Baguio. She is drawn toward researches that explore spaces of discourse for the disempowered (indigenous studies, performance studies, cultural studies as prime examples).

TVUP (TVUP.ph) is an Internet television (webcast) network operated by the University of the Philippines which delivers free content for information and educational purposes. It will participate in generating open educational resources (OERs) to be made public by producing its own materials and collecting other content from existing sources.
