Benjamin George Meamo III
Benjamin George P. Meamo III is a Cum Laude graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Communication major in Speech communication minor in Broadcast Communication from the University of the Philippines Baguio in 2017.
He joined the Department of Communication at the University of the Philippines Baguio this year (2019) and currently teaches Communication and Broadcast Communication. His work on the Hangar Vegetable Market Space in Baguio City was accepted for presentation at the National Communication Research Conference (NCRC) UP Diliman and the International Academic Forum (IAFOR). His research interest focuses on space, cultural studies, and nonverbal communication. He also worked in the digital advertising industry for 2 years.

TVUP (TVUP.ph) is an Internet television (webcast) network operated by the University of the Philippines which delivers free content for information and educational purposes. It will participate in generating open educational resources (OERs) to be made public by producing its own materials and collecting other content from existing sources.
TVUP is a testament to the University of the Philippines’ character as the national university — a teaching, research, public service, and global/regional university — shared freely with all state universities and colleges, private and public higher training institutions, other training institutions, and the general public.
