Ryan Cayabyab who worked as assistant professor in composition and theory at the UP College of Music, is the epitome of the homegrown Filipino talent in the world arena of music. Truly a master of his art, he is a multi-faceted musician who effortlessly glides from one genre to another, clearly indicating the breadth of his versatility. Mr. C as he is known by his fans is a composer, arranger, producer, music, director, conductor, performance artist, television show host, music educator and arts administrator.

Kit Navarro has given recitals, orchestral guest appearances and opera performances in Switzerland, the United States, Philippines and Austria. Kit has portrayed the Matchmaker in LA Opera’s Commissioned work On Gold Mountain by Nathan Wang and Maria Clara in Ryan Cayabyab’s Noli Me Tangere, the musicale.

Antonio Maigue is the country’s premiere flutist. As concert performer, he has been soloist with the
Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra six times and has been part of the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) Filipino Artist Seriesboth as solo and ensemble artist in live concerts. Currently, he is the chair of the Department of Winds and Percussion at the UP College of Music.

Jonathan Badon is the Philippines’ prince of pop-opera. He is an Aliw Awardee and Gawad Amerika’s Best Male International Entertainer for 2015. He has performed lead roles in various operas, oratorios, sarzuelas, musicales and has done numerous solo concerts in the Philippines as well as abroad, including his debut performances at the world -famous Carnegie Hall in New York and at the Vatican in Rome.

GianCarlo Gonzales started playing the cello at age sixteen under Olan Guerrero. Since then he has gone on to further hone his talents, winning awards at various national competitions, becoming a member of the Asian Youth Orchestra, an playing with the Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra in Carnegie Hall. Gian divides his time as an artist, a professor at the St. Scholastica’s College School of Music, a mentor for the Orchestra of the Filipino Youth and as a professional beekeeper.
