Julie Prescott
Julie Prescott is currently an instructor at the University of the Philippines in the Visayas. She is an experienced debater and public-speaker who has joined various national and international tournaments as well as delivered talks across the Philippines and the United Kingdom.
Julie was previously a founder and Varsity debater of the UPV-Debate Society and was also a member of the Manchester Debate Union when she took her masters. Her professional career has covered work in marketing and management for numerous prominent international firms and institutions such as the O2 Telecommunications, the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC UK), The British National Health Service (NHS), and GAZPROM Energy to name a few.
Before delving into her numerous exploits obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Literature from the University of the Philippines in the Visayas in 2008 and completed her Master’s Degree in Literature and Film at the Manchester Metropolitan University in 2016.
